Required Immunizations
Immunizations are important to general health. ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ requires that all students have the following immunizations:
- Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
- Hepatitis B (Hep B)
- Meningitis (MCV4)
First-year and transfer students starting classes at ÐÓ°É´«Ã½, please download the . If you have any questions about the required immunizations, please call us at 407-628-6340. Submit completed immunization forms via email: immunizations@rollins.edu.
Written medical consent is required by Florida law if your child is under the age of 18 to be seen by Health Services at ÐÓ°É´«Ã½. Please complete the medical consent (section C) on the Mandatory Immunization form and submit to immunizations@rollins.edu so there will be no delays in medical care provided at the Wellness Center.
