Your dream of finishing your education, leading a classroom of your own, and earning more income is closer than you think. Thanks to the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ Pathways to Teaching program, Central Florida public school employees can complete a bachelor of arts degree in elementary education or a master of arts in teaching: elementary education with K-12 Reading and ESOL Endorsements and become a certified teacher while continuing to work as a paraprofessional or program assistant.
