ÐÓ°É´«Ã½

The strategic purpose of the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ rental program is to facilitate relocation to the area for new faculty and student-facing staff. ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ maintains a limited number of residential units that are used to provide rental accommodations, and housing is meant to be temporary and short-term in duration until the employee can secure their own permanent housing. The availability of College-owned housing is limited, and ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ makes no guarantee that it can provide housing to all who are eligible. All ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ residential properties are managed on behalf of the College by Belmont Management Group.

The College's current inventory consists of:

  • Orchid/Mead Townhomes - 11 unit townhome community
  • Welbourne Apartments - 30 unit apartment complex (Open for Leasing Summer 2026)
